Artwork Requirements

Great transfers start with artwork prepared at the size you want printed. Tell us whether your order is for garment DTF or UV DTF, the finished dimensions, and the quantity. We review files before production and will contact you if something needs attention.

Best files to send

• A transparent PNG at the final print size, ideally 300 PPI for raster artwork.
• Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG) when available. Outline fonts or include the font information, and embed any linked images.
• A clean edge with no stray pixels, unwanted background, screenshot, or checkerboard pattern.
• The original editable file too, if you need us to adjust the design.

Do not enlarge a small image just by changing its resolution setting; that does not restore missing detail. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and ask about cleanup or recreation.

Transparency, white ink, and gang sheets

Anything left transparent will not be printed. If part of the design should print white, make that area visible in the artwork and note it with the order. Keep separate designs at their actual print sizes and leave room between them on a gang sheet. We can help arrange a sheet if you provide each design and its desired size and quantity.

Standard paper-printing bleed and crop marks are usually unnecessary for DTF transfers. If your UV DTF job needs a precise cut path or special edge treatment, tell us before production.

Color and fine detail

Use high-quality source art and check tiny text, thin lines, isolated dots, and soft shadows at the size they will print. Screens, materials, and print processes can show color differently. For a brand-critical color, provide a reference and request a sample or proof before the full run. Keep your original file color profile; we will review it for the transfer process.

Review before approval

Check spelling, dimensions, orientation, colors, and quantities on the proof. Production begins from the approved version. If you request a change, we will send an updated proof for review.
